i think that can is the MIVV GP exhaust.

the ones in question that i have ordered are roughly 20" long...

the smaller cans means the circumfrance of the tube itself IRC. similar to the circumfrance of the GP can. where i went big oval....similar to the current can on my bike :thumbup

speak to brian though to clear this up :thumbup

I looked at these a year or so ago. The MiVV site has a video clip of one on a Dyno.......beautiful. The price was £300+ whe I was looking so I opted for my Carbon Can Co at £150 instead.

:rantwanted a titanium, called at tea break 2day and they didnt have any left:rant

Yup he has had alot of orders....order while you can guys :thumbup

Just to add one thing though, bugger off the lot of you otherwise these cans will be all too common LOL!

:lol sorry mate cats out the bag we are following in your footsteps :D:eek::doug

I heard that Mivv's were hard to set-up on the mille's :dunno there's a couple on here that have them, maybe they could enlighten us :dunno

Iv got twin MIVV GPs on mine and took the PC3 off till i get it remapped and it seems to be running very nice. I havent had the baffles out yet but with the baffles in it makes a lovely sound. So it might be rough with baffles out

anyone know what sort of power the mivv gp can's give out as i have a akra ti can on but want something a little different without loosing much power

stop chasing figures guys :lol

its all pub talk..

i had a 400bhp / 400 torque Mitsubishi Evo 9 - i compete in sprints and beat a car that was 800bhp.....figures are not everything, its the rider/driver that makes a bike.

im buying the can purely for sound, nothing else :thumbup

sorry moto not aimed at just you :lol

i mean on a general....i see people come to race boasting they have this and that and this and that....they will wipe the floor with my car and to date.....one person has that was it.....

all im saying is people chase figures so they can boast about it and tell other people 'my bike has ***bhp at the rear wheel' yes that guy may have but like to see him use it...........i would :thumbup :lol

im only chasing power through the rev range as its pretty hard work trying to keep a 03 rsv up with a K7 gixer 750

its not the overall bhp i look at its the power curve that ill get with it

If you want a power increase through the rev range then swapping from what you have to a Mivv can is not going to make a deal of difference. If you want to spend 185 and get a difference, take your headers off and send them to MHP and get them to do their race mod on them. I've heard plenty of good things about the results and the mod was originally done to try to replicate the effectiveness of the 2-2 full Akrapovic system, which definately changes the grunt available compared to the standard header pipes with a race can.

You can contact MHP by clicking here :thumbup

already had it done fellla had mark at mhp do mine a while back

you dont gain as much up top with it but i believe you gain a little more on the mid range tho

i really recomend the mod to anyone

Gents - please expand on this MHP mod - what's involved, what are the results and what are the costs? I have looked at the MHP website, but they do not detail anything for the RSV's.

Cheers

Paul
