i got a mityvac seeing as i'll get some good use out of it. I managed to bleed the back brake fine. Just pumped then opened the valve and kept pumping until the reservoir needed filling then repeated a few times. I also managed the clutch which was even simpler just drained it from the valve by the slave.
Front brakes were more tricky. Ended up having to start again from the master cylinder and creating a vacuum then opening and closing the valve. Then building up the vacuum again before opening and closing again. Not sure why but it wouldn't suck the fluid out like on the other parts. Have now got nice new fluid all round but the front lever isn't as solid as i'd like. Any tips welcome from people who've used the mityvac
