Has anyone the same problem as i have about the mirrors on RSV Factory? i mean that is the only complaint i have about this bike. It just doesnt give a good look what is behind you at all. I am little tall but i tried adjusting them, pushing them more upwards and to the outside but there is a limit to how far they go and i still have problems. And they also vibrate too. Does anyone know what other mirrors are out there for this bike that would give a better view?
thanks

they cant see my dashing looks through me black visor :thumbup

Hardly use em, am 6`4 and i can see enough out of mine, am too bothered about whats in front

Ive considered taking mine off and putting blanking plates on, they really are that useless.

Don't drop your bike though!

As Bing says, they are good, but a word of warning, if your bike falls over..................ahem....................the extra leverage offered at the mirror will trash your fairing, mine fell over................ahem............and it physically cracked the fairing where the mirror connects to the bike, it bent the fairing stay too, new one required.

I think they look a bit "wrong" extended, but they do work..........some vibration still though, and worse at speed, just make sure the mirror is not loose on the spindle and they should be OK

I have removed mine and they now sit in my garage.....I don't know whether to fit them again. Hopefully my bike won't fall over again..............AHEM!:jack

A cheap and partial fix is to make up a couple of thin rubber shims and locate them between mirror and mount (where the mirror bends in) you can also place a rubber washer under the rear fairing mounting bolt - It will lift the mirror a fraction and stop some of the vibration.

Not as good as mirror extenders but its free and does make a differance.
