I don't think it matters if she doesn't admit liability, you have two witnesses to back you up, and you will have a police report number, and she has insurance to pay for it...I would have thought you'd be nailed on to get sorted out ok ....What did the police say when they came to the scene :dunno

The amount of times of had cars pull out in front of me when on a bike is insane. If i was driving a truck each time, i would have at least a dozen dead over the years.
