Hi just wondering what sort of top end speed people are getting out there,I've done a few mods to mine and only got 1 mod left to do and wanted to know if there's anymore to be had.i know the aprilias aren't built for speed like an r1 as I've had an r1 and the Mille comes no where near in straight line speed and I am faster on my rides than my previous r1 but would like to know what others are getting?? Truthfully??
What mods is that with if you don't mind me askin other than the gearing,what year aswell??

Mine is an 02 model, twin arrow system, devil race cans, hooked airbox kit, 57mm throttle bodies, pc3 with map, quickshifter and oz wheels!!!

much the same spec as Andi's ....but it pulls approx 9.5k-10k over the mountain section on the island approx 155 thats plenty ha ha
milles arent about all out speed as you said just get it in the sweet spot and ride the torque

174 mph , 02 mille, 16/44 gearing, ALL the mods, 175kgs fully wet, took an age to get the last 10mph lol lol
the v4 cracked 187 on sat nav and still had more, (std gearing) but im going -1F +2 on the rear soon

do you think it was all the carbon that got you there ..lol less weight for the old rotax to propel forward
forgot to add i weighed 17 stone as well and i know Andi is no where near as he is a superfit fireman

Had 168 mph with 16 -42 gearing , and 173 mph on 17-42 but it took ages to get the last few miles an hour , 2002 mille , 57 mm throttle bodies, evo air box , edwards chip and air intakes , modified mid section of exhaust and an arrow can

You've all had some high numbers for a Mille,very Suprised but all it's done is make me try more things,I'm a good nearly 18 stone athletic sort of build,heavy gym lad so maybe that's where my speeds goin,got aerodynamics of a rhino.bit disappointed now I've heard these,I will try harder
