If you want to go down the 2004 route you will need EVERYTHING from the 2004 !!.
You will need the loom, ecu, dash and all the correct canbus sensors. that means modifying the dash mount sub frame and countless other bits n bobs
I think may even need the engine mounts changed.
Stick with what has already been suggested, a 98 - 00 will fit straight in, an 01 - 03 will fit with minor mods.

I still don't understand why they didn't use the same motor from the RSV with 10 more horsepower and the same gear box and save themselves money and improve the look and spend their money on the marketing of the Falco and the Mille as well so the whole Aprilia would sell more by doing that. there fore I would get parts for cheaper! cuz I love my ape and I luv it! i just need more used parts! hahaha
