4th! Bank holiday monday.
You are kidding aren't you Rye's the place for decent fish and Chips.Fish'n'chips is superb down there.
Did you venture out of town towards Rye, Camber and Brenzett?I did the Hastings run last year and never saw any loonies on the roads, just a load of bikers having sensible fun.
Was a great day for it, just hope this years as good. (Weather wise)
I'll be attending for sure.

The year that did it for me was watching a guy dying on the A259 in 98 due to enthusiasm getting the better of physics.
Maybe see you around that way sometime just not Mayday.Yeah, I always go back that way, well almost.
Hastings - Rye - Ashford - Maidstone - Home.

Yes a friend of mine is in the kent constabulary as a traffic officer, he always tells me to stay away from that area but if you play by the rules (thats following speed limits i mean!) you won't get harrased by the traffic officers who in my opinion do a super job of keeping those hooligan bikers off the road.
thanks pete smith
Mate, I'm virtually always out and about, just PM me if you fancy a ride.

I much prefer the Fish and chips in Rye not soggy like most of the chips in Hastings and the fish tastes much better IMO although I've had to cut right back on my consumption. The place is the Blue Dolphin fish bar, opposite the children funfare. The only reason people think the fish is good in Rye, is because there is only one place there, and the queue is usually around the block.
