Funnily enough over the past 2 years i organised a KTM trackday in conjunction with Focused Events.
Whilst i don't think we have enough numbers on here for that (100 approx) i'm more than happy to assist with a TD next year for the lads and a BBQ etc.

Thats a positive input Weeksy :thumbup If everyone interested puts a shout in we can get a gist of what would be the easiest in terms of numbers and location.
Whether to organise a meet up, or meet at an event ie Magny, Assen etc.
I personally have no prefference but I am already off to Assen and Missano next year for the Gp's. I have a legal document off Mrs N for 1 more Euro ride next year.
Don't know about everyone else but a ferry/ride/camp/piss up/watch race/piss up/ride/ferry kind of thing is good with me.

Count me In! Love weekend rides into Europe as its what biking is all about....none of this quick 2 hour blast rubbish. Ride until you need to be winched off the bike. Love it.
I'm already in mid Kent so anything heading France direction get my thumbs up.

Well this won't be the first trip to Europe i'd have organised, last one i did was to the Ring/Spa for 11 of us. All went smooth as silk.
I'm possibly more restricted than some of you for time away due to my wee nipper (16 months now) but i rekon i can squeeze a race weekend away next year.

If you make that much effort mate, you get my Tuono for the trip. I'll ride the wifes bike.

Talked to the missus and she is ok with it. The big hit is the plane ticket. I'll be relying on the kindness of strangers ( and there ain't much stranger than the lot here!!) for accomodation before and after the race. Magny Cours sounds amenable, and definitely open to any of the UK races. I have a Fifer I can bunk with if that far north.
Hmmmm, starting to plan which lid and gear take, already!! Gotta figger a special treat for weeksy though that doesn't involve knee pads. A magnanimous gesture like that does NOT go unrewarded!! Thanks lad!

What's cheaper? B&B or hotel? If we do a hotel, how many ya think we can fit in a room. I'll share a bed but fore warned, I like to spoon in my sleep... nob.
Right, lets establish 1 thing... i'm not spooning ANY of you lot. I'm not sleeping in the same room as you, or the same bed... you'll be lucky to get in the same hotel as me
I'm happy with the potential plan though.
Anyone any ideas on dates for either WSB or MGP yet ? part of me would prefer WSB as we'd have the Aprilia thing going on and more Brits... but i've not been to a MGP meeting either and i rekon the bikes will be superb.

B&B or Hotel in France is about £30-50 a night. I'd guess it would be 3 days away.
IF the date is in the height of summer i rekon we'd be CRAZY not to do the tent thing, lots of beers at the circuit, wake up when the bikes fire up the next day... sounds superb... Even though sleeping in a tent !!!!
