hi all can any one tell me how. I can tell if my bike is running on map 1 or 2 its a gen 2 07
 
only a dealer can tell you what map is installed as it will require plugging in to an axone

daveuk , what their trying to say is , a bit of an intro goes along way . and pays dividends in the amount of help you will get .

axons are not only privy to main dealers however those that have them are finding it difficult to get hold of the updated info from Aprilia (info from a local non aprilia service centre)
 
Fookin' expensive too.I saw one on ebay go for nearly £2k.That was for the complete kit.
I think they are about £2500 new.

Then you have to add vat,...buy cables,etc.:eek:
 
Mrs Tifa's brother has a Texa Navigator, which is the newer big-brother and updated version of the Axone 2000.
He owns a ERF/Man truck dealership...and uses it to service them.
There is a newer system on the cards apparently.....I'm wondering if I can snaffle it for a decent price...providing I can get the Ape software??.
He was telling me it's got loads of motorcycle stuff on it anyway....he pays an amount each month for updates.

Anyway...back to thread....have I got mapI...or mapII?
I went to google maps to try to find out....and ended up in Bradford.....wierd eh?
 
prior to owning the T one of the truck fitters I use left a brand new axone in one of my vehicles :yes if only I had known it would not have been returned :banghead

My local mv dealer swapped mine over for me. They didnt realise that they had the ability to do it until i had a browse through the options with them on their diagnostic kit.
