Well , Sunday Bad boy told me they were off to lowestoft so i went out on my crosser, fell off and i`ve broken my ankle in 2 places, clean break though. So like dan i have 8 weeks in plaster, back at the fracture clinic on wednesday. No Scotland trip for me now though and it hurts like billy o.
Fortunately bikes ok .

Sorry to her about the ankle, still Crutchlow didn't do too bad at Donny with a broken ankle eh:pirate and at least the bikes ok.:thumbup

Och mate i share your pain quite literally :( get well soon mate maybe we should open an RSVzone fracture clinic.

well hopefully this will be the last time i get plastered think my second break was right near the ankle bone which is the problem wont know til monday i really hope it dosnt need plating.

now back to the pain killers cheers Dan :(
 
cheers guys , the meds are doing a good job at the min. will post xrays when i get fresh ones on wed. didnt sleep a wink last night

if theres 1 thing worse than being fukn bikeless...its havin a nice un and not bein able to ride the sod!

its unbelievable,but youd have actuly been safer with them suvners!! lol

I did ride the bike 8 miles home though with a broken ankle :doug

that stung a wee bit :angry

sure pays to have good pals,and also to ride in a group,as in super t's case!!
feel for you mate.
spose on the up side,your mille and crosser are both ok,double blow when your bikes more fukd than you.
thats why i quit recreational motor crossing,different bone broke every month ffs.
safer on the road,even amongst the numpty car,bus,taxi drivers!

FFS sorry to hear of your off mate, weren't trying to ride that crosser in your clown shoes were you??

8 weeks off :puke chin up - if you need that stunning RSV of yours taking out to keep it from seizing up just ask :thumbup might give the crosser a miss though cos I don't bounce too well any more
 
bad news stu. If its your right ankle cant you paint plaster to look like your boot and still ride?:dunno

Feckin hell mate what you like eh :roll those MX things are dangerous :eek: wouldn't have one of those for love nor money :no

The wife's having a near heart attack hearing about all these crashes :eek: especially since another rider was killed yesterday near Sherburn / squires but I don't know any details yet.

On a plus note, at least you've shown how hard us Northerners are by riding it home :doug
