GO FOR THE PROGRIP ONES !!!:thumbup:thumbup

If they are good enough for Troy Bayliss, Marco Melandri, etc.

Then i think they have a proven record :devious

Those ProGrip ones do look smart and at that price they're not too bad.

I'm amazed at the colours they do too, Yellow ones for you mate!!!

I think I'll try a set of these - Ordered!!

(Mrs will kill me when all these parcels arrive. LOL)

Don't forget Loris Capirossi and Casey Stoner! ;)

Couldn't think of the rest off the top of my head.
Musn't forget Mr Stoner must we...:devious and the great Cap himself.:eatcorn

Just remember that Progrip ad that they show when the GP's are on, with that Italian motocross champ from , like, 15 years ago! :dunno

I dunno yet Oli not stripped mine yet.

Gonna check mine out tomorrow, why would they put ridges on them FFS?

The grips are glued in position, not as if they are gonna slip.

Anyone else come across this?

yep they have ridges
they locate in the o.e grips

to use after market grips you need to sand them down

Theres different lenghts & diamemters i believe

Also theres 3 grades with the renthals

Thanks Cheesy/Oli,

Gonna have a look at mine tomorrow to see what's the best way to replace them.

Not too sure I wanna be sanding down my bars to fit aftermarket grips!!!

My bike had the really soft renthals (light grey) when i got it, i hated them they seem to transfer more vibration to your hands than normal grips even though there not ment too, also felt sqidgy and looked bad (light grey) i changed to a cheap pair of 'normal' black grips and found them much better :) in the end its all personal preference !

That's interesting how the soft grips transfer vibrations.

I must admit I'm a little concerned that squidgy grips will affect my rip on the bars.

Reckon I'll hold fire until I've had a feel of some fitted to a bike.

Thanks for the reply.
