put 24k on my 9r in two years, they really are good bikes, front calipers tend to rot though - new set off ebay £90

mine did 50-55mpg on my normal motorway runs and commute, and used very liitle oil

The Ninja will be an expensive option for the winter, they require FST to look after the carb ice. I had a stonking ZX7R :inlove:inlove:inlove that was a sod in the dank cold.

Funny how you forget it when its summer though. It was great....

I would go the Suzuki route, the RF is very underrated....:thumbup
