More of a product for the everyday commuter/rider I think.
Anything that stops the wind howling round your neck and helmet has to be a good thing though.

I only commute 20 miles a day so never really needed one.:dunno

My Brother in law had one on his Shoei he said it was **** as it kept slipping down.
The best IMHO is a balaclave with a neck tube over the top.
Super warm and quietens the noise.

I have a Schuberth S1 with pinlock
Me too and it's supposed to be the quietest lid you can buy mainly because of the skirt.

I believe that is a very expensive lid!
I paid over £300 but been superceeded by the S1Pro (very little difference) so you can pick them up cheap as chips now.

i brought one and now its in the bin. waste of money.
I ride to work every day come rain or shine. shine thats good one and my arai is noisy. the bloody thing would not stay in place and the only thing it did for me was get on nerves and help steam up my visor.
I use a foggy, neck tube and ear plugs. problem solved.

My old girl bought me a couple for crimbo a fews back, the first one i tried, and as others have said, it falls down and causes the visor to steam up, so went to the bin, the others are in my bottom clothes draw, must dig them out and put them on fleabay for some sucker to buy, haha
