Yes m8 the older gen1 left hand switch gear had a 3rd position to turn the headlights off/side/on and they were the the same plugs I think tuono and falco swithes fit too.......mine was shot so got 1 off cowelly and it is the later type that you can't turn off, but its dead simple to wire in a switch to turn the headlights off.......I posted up a thread when I did mine if you want to have a look at it I'll try and find it for ya!!

i was thinking of making one but would like the original thing i may i will have a gander at the wiring diagram in a min i think

Real easy m8 get a heavy duty toggle switch 2 or 3 way locate the negative side of the dipped/main beam then cut the wire and run each side to the switch easy peasy I located my toggle switch behind the clock cover so you can't see the back of the switch works a treat.........

nice one just found this to and the indicators are in the right place

I did mine last year matey. I think there are 3 different switch layouts but this is the one you want, in the link. I got a perfect condition one on here for £25 delivered. Easy job to fit takes less than 30 mins with just a screwdriver and a couple of allen keys I recall. Everything works and indicator switch is a joy compared to later switches. No need for ugly extra switches for the headlight and cutting into the wiring etc.

You could remove it and sell it for the same if you ever get rid of the bike.

2 Stroke

If you want to swap your later switch for an earlier type one I'vde got the earlier type in my track bike but since it's got no lights I don't need the switched version!

PM if you're interested.

Cheers

Jon

Sounds cool to me Cuzza how u wanna go about it straight swap or no.................. I did notice this 1 I got off Cowelly is missing the locating pin as he said but I have had no probs with it at all........just thought I would be honest it all works as it should..........
Went out today and hit the horn 3 times coming up to junctions felt like right **** :dowhat
I have short thumbs you see and it naturally comes to rest over the horn switch on the later types..........:confused
