Hi guys. I am planning on putting a leo vince can on my standard 02 model rsv. Am i likely to get flat spots if this is the only mod i make?

at least cut the wire to go onto map 2!
The can will not be the end of the mods!!! these bikes beg for mods!
you will need the following:
Collector mod
Airbox mod or some description
EPROM Chip
Gearing

You dont need any mods but dont let that stop you.
 
Carry on with the can,cut the wire to bring in map 2....crack open the airbox take the air filter out to see if the top hat restrictor has been removed..

As above this will be the start of your mods
 
Oh yeah sorry, its got the wire cut and top hat restrictor removed + lower baffle, i would be surprised if there are any left on map 1!
Just want to know if changing the can alone will mess up the fueling.
 
Sorry for the ignorence lads but where is the map wire? just wanna check and see if mines already done! cheers lads!! my bikes a 2003 r model with a single akra can and a chip, dunno wat chip do..

which wire is it on the 2004.i have gone from a 2004 cbr1000rr with power commander bmc air filter and full race akropovic to the rsv and miss the explosive power i had .

Ha ha these ain't no inline 4 ...lazy power you'll have to get used to it and no wire cutting on gen2 bike..you can get map 2 by going to a dealer and they can do it for you but really needs cans on the bike...don't expect miracles though

i already have leo vince cans i guess it is time for a power commander
 
i miss being able to power wheelie any where from 1 st gear or up to third gear any time i wanted.i guess i might need to grow up and keep both wheels on the ground.i am 45 years old might be time to go out and get another rz 350
