knee down mille action

The top picture i presume shows he's not leaning his body over enough and hasn't got his *** off the seat enough :eatcorn And the bottom picture shows how it should be done :roll Either way you look at the correct way it looks so easy but quite hard to do if you havent already done it :roll:thumbup

good pics, also shows how much less lean angle is required and how much bigger the contact patch is when using the body movement to offset the centre of gravity.
in response to earlier replies, it might not be faster but could well be safer once mastered. always nice to have a reference point for bikes performance.
Watch the snow this weekend!!!! (Like it ever snows down south..........)

Still not been able to go out and practice yet Baz but the more i study these pics it makes it all the more clearer ! Obviously the correct rider position is going to get me results and i cant wait to try these out given a bit warmer weather with tyres up to temp and no snow :jack
Keeping it safe and one step at a time is my moto so hopefully all will go well given time :thumbup

Don't push it too much tho. I went out for a spin yesterday morning and wasn't able to get my knee down (It's not usually a problem for me) It was pretty chilly and all the good roundabouts were choked up with cars:eatcorn I dont mind going round once or twice but it's hard to be discreet on these buggers if you know wot I mean and I don't want to look like a ******:jack
Got home and realised my new tax disc was still on the kitchen notice board :roll Just wait for a nice warm dry day with not too much traffic. Then give it a go.:pirate

Will do BS :thumbup This weather is delaying any sparking up of the knees at the mo :roll Bank holiday and crap weather is a really good combo :jack I guess when that all important touch down happens it will be like oh what the feck was that but oh i want to do it again and again :doug

I know when i got the pegs down on the blackbird i had to go and do it over and over until i pi##ed the locals off trying to get from work around the roundabout that i was going around sparking it up :doug :yes

You see ive had some pegs down so the bike was nearly on its side and looking back i realise i was not hanging off enough so roll on warm weather and some quality knee down all in good time :thumbup

See how easy it is Steve, just do mate :devious:thumbup

I see how easy it looks :roll.. but i will see how easy it actually is to do very soon once the snow rain and hail has gone :jack either that or addmit defeat and get the angle grinder out :devious:devious:devious:devious:thumbup

Got my left down today for a brief second alot harder to do i think it must be a confidence thing again, a lot easier to practice right due to round abouts and what not

Yeah hopefully, few more days out like today and should be there, you can go round a round about as many times as you want to build up confidence, but with the left, a bend only has what it is need to find a string of left handers somewhere:thumbup
