Tim, they look great.
You may be a mechanical feck wit but you can certainly stick mesh to plastic well. LOL
:doug
In fact it is in Gold!!Andi - you can get the mesh from B&Q mate - about 50 squids for a fairly big piece :thumbup
aaareeesmille - looks good matey
In fact it is in Gold!!
It cost 3600 pounds to do lol.
Go to B and Q and get a sheet of aluminimum and cut it 2 cm larger than the vents themselves and use your thumbs to mould the grill in the shape that satisfies ( note that i was careful which way the mesh was layered)
I then araldited them in place and hey presto ( I used the heat proof Araldite)
It looks alot more subtle in real life.
I want to see all you efforts.irate
I've looked in B&Q and they don't have it, well not down south they don't.
Did you ask the young scroates that mull around thinking that they own the place?! that was your first mistake irate its easy to make - I made that very same school boy error :biggrin anyways don't ask the staff look for the ilse that has the screws , nails etc (I'm assuming they're laid out fairly similarly all over the country) anyways they are packed into an upright shelf (by that I mean they are slotted in vertically like a book if you will) THERES The checker plating there too - it will be there but the staff are so fekin inept they will just say no - even the manager that works at ours said nahh got nuffing like that 'ere, sill cow.
Now go forth and search my son :thumbup glad to help
forgot to add ........................... I'm down souf too
:lolyoung scroates...they're all old wrinklies up here in my local B&Q, but your right about the stores layout, the mesh is stored in ours exactly as you described :thumbup
