After years of riding Motor Guzzis (le Mans 2, 1100 sport injection) and thinking this is fun but wouldn't it be great if it weighed about 50kg less has about a metre shorter and had another 20+bhp.
For some reasons I kept coming back to a Tuono as best meeting my requirements, Italian, V twin, great reviews.
Anyway splashed out 4.8 on an '07 in Blue with 2.5 K on the clock, bog standard besides a couple of front wheel crash bobbins and an R&G belly pan.
Suspect it had an off at some stage though the only signs is a missing bolt from the end of the right footrest and the fact that it only has front whell crash bungs when surely it would have had a full set at some time.
100 miles later - I've got a large grin and a few questions
whats the red flashing light for when the ignitions turned off - just to make people think theres an alarm?
And the plastic trim at the front behind the fork legs covering the frame - what point does it serve and can it be removed?
And whats this thing at the back that throws oil everywhere - where the shaft should be.
I though Moto guzzi side stands where odd but this ones leathal - especially on my gravel drive.
Cheers
Chris
