Well, my problems are still not over with this f**king twin system!!! When i fitted the falco headers, i left in place the Mille's rear cylinder pipe as the falco headers fited straight on and saved alot of meesing about behind the shock. However............ when i cut the fairing last night to accomodate the left side can and began reassembling it, the very bottom of the collector pipes badly foul the bellypan, they actually prevent the bellypan from meeting its fixings!! Problem......... the rear cylinder Mille's pipe is longer than the Falco version!!!! So will have to remove the lot again and replace the rear cylinder pipe after all!!

That would be ok, a pain in the arse but ok. The problem is,I had the link pipes and hangers made to measure with the wrong rear cylinder pipe fited so think they will now not fit properly!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!

So, as the title reads, I AM A ****.:angry:angry:angry

Bloody hell mate, will this exhaust saga ever end? I hope you manage to sort it out without too much of a problem.:thumbup

I know bud, pissing me off a bit now tobe honest!! But it's my own fault, should've checked the fairing etc.... before geting the hangers etc.... made up! Hopefully with a bit of luck the link pipes and hangers will somehow still it!!!

BALLS!

Youve got a gap before the cans hit the hangers, so if youre lucky you might just have to modify/get new can straps. They will look even better mounted higher with shorter straps, so could be a good thing :thumbup
Hope it works out for you :thumbup

Thanks buddy, yeah i see what you mean!! I haven't lost all hope of them fitting just yet but as you say, some new straps would be perfect (if thats all it takes).....the ******* isn't beating me..................:thumbup
