Another Photoshop pic,....this time from Moto Revue.Looking at the factory test hack pic in MCN,it looks pretty close.

ApriliaTuonoV4render.jpg

The back end / pillion seat looked bigger in the MCN pic. And that front end looks gash, reminds me of the new VFR.

Change the fairing, beef up the back end (decent pillion seat, ability to carry luggage) and stick a decent can on that and it wouldn't be tooooo bad....

That's a relief.

I have absolutely NO wish to buy one and replace my Tuono now.

mmmm.... ricos jury is def oot oan this yin at the mo..

needs tae be mair "naked" startin wi losin that wing side fairing gubbins fur a definite (thir only tae keep the front wheel doon ony wye)

An the end can in MCN looked a wee biity better than that freak o a wedge stickin oot

Thats a faired bike with the side panels taken off surely.

an they bronzy goldie lookin cases look so oota place wi the silver frame n black bitties

An the mair a look at they wings... dae they actually stick oot?

It does look very similar to yesterdays MCN shot. From memory; the seat's a bit different, there's no ABS rotor on the front, and the can's very different.

I reckon this might be it

it aint a naked tuono.

it aint a v twin.

it aint got my vote.

i may go back to my original plan before i bought my T, which was to build my own naked from an SP2 Honda.

gotta be said
that looks bloody awful
bring back the twin ! and as they say if it aint broke dont fix it

i hark back tae a post ah did on anither thread a while back... Slap a tuned up version o the 1200 dorsuduro engine intae a Gen 2 stylee frame wi a the Factory gubbins and traction control an wir mair on the right road

Absofuckinlutely right. Though that said, the 1200 motor is supposed to be 130bhp at the crank, so at the wheel no more than the current (ex) Tuono. Gimme basically the current Tuono with 130bhp at the wheel, even more midrange, Ohlins suspension, traction control, and I will shoot my load.

Now yer talkin. My mates got a Sp1 and I'll tell you what, its fookin mean. Do it.

Yep,spot on there. The bike in the MCN pic looks like its got a wider, one piece seat and ABS.Can is slimmer, same as the 2011 RSV4.
I dont think I'll be rushing out to place my order.

Not happy with to much on the bike. The front looks to butch and chunky with that gawdawful fairing, the *** looks to delicate to support Steve's *** let alone mine, and the flyscreen looks like it was tacked on as an afterthought. Thank feckin' Christ that it's only a photoshop, and a feckin' MCN photochop at that. Those ******** are about as reliable as Aldo when he's been into the single malt...

Wait and see lads. I'm sure that the new T will look a bit better than that pile of dreck pictured...
