whilst visiting a reputable motorcycle dealer last week i thought it would be good to find out what the T was worth, however their sales guy who does the part ex prices was not on site.
Left all my details for him to contact me on his return and he did this morning with the following :
57 plate Daytona edition 4,500 miles and loads of extras
£3,500 cash or £4,000 against an 07 plate Hyabusa with 5,800 miles that he wanted £5,895 for.
at least **** Turpin had the decency to wear mask :lol

**** em mate, sell it privately if you're going to, most dealers are a ******* rip off. I was offered stupid money for my busa recently so I did the private thing and got back almost what I paid for it 4 years ago.

Have to say brooskys sounds about right to me.
Dealers dont care about extras they want bog standard bikes (with tiny mileage if poss) with paperwork /keys
Always try to put your bike to standard when chopping in ,sell your bling to us lot lol

Absolutely definitely go for it, I had mine 4 years and nothing on the road ever got a sniff, it's ******* quick and lovely to ride, but at the speeds I ended up using it at I was getting painful shoulders, wrists etc, hence I sold it. You probably will anyway but do test ride one to make sure it's for you! and prepare to be blown away. I may decide to go for a B King myself soon then I'll have the best of both worlds.

But the ZX12 is far better :) :yes

Nooooooo you're wrong:biggrin It's the Busa that gets praised the most, ZX's, birds, etc just don't have the same kudos great though I'm sure it is, they look nice especially in fire engine red. :thumbup

I know the feeling, recently sold the Busa and my Kawasaki ZRX1100 I loved that bike. I must test a B King soon see what they're like? I see it won best for engine performance and controls in Ride magazine above the BMW1000RR and new Busa, must be a beast low down!!!!

the problem with dealers is they need to make money to pay for all the stupid demands aprilia and all the other manufacturers put on them
and them fancy showrooms sure do gobble up a lot of money
belive me there is no money in selling bikes these days its ridiculous
