New to the sexy AprilIa. Bought a 08 Factory and it runs good. Has GPR cans and previous owner (was 2nd) is unclear if ECU was upgraded. Considering I never had seen a Tuono before nor heard it run, was wondering about the valve train noise. I live near Sacramento Cal, and Elk Grove won't even look at it. Any help hear in Cal would be awesome. Love the bike. On the front brakes it feels that they grab and let off in rotation of wheel. Previous owner replaced rotors and they are true

Hi and welcome - I found that there was alot of popping on deceleration with Akras and on Map1. This was eliminated completely when changed to Map 2 so that could give you an indication (not definite proof obviously). I've been having an issue with one of the front disks too - with brakes applied I was getting a "judder" - sounds somewhat like what your saying. It's been identified and loose rotor bobbins allowing too much free play when you move the disk up and down so try checking that.

Dan don't think we will be riding together. I will draw the line at flying across the Atlantic for a ride. I'm currently in California with potential of heading east to do someriding
