Info help required on which damper

OK, before you all start shouting, I have gone to the otherside and changed to a Tuono, health reasons, still an Aprilia. :nana

I am wanting an Ohlins steering damper but cannot find anywhere that lists one for the 08 model they only go up to 04, and Harris cant guarantee that this one will fit (SD 133).

Does anyone know for definate if this one will fit, or what one does fit the 08 model. There is one on Fleabay from an 03 model (old shape) SD 175 will this one fit.

try southern cross they might know or BoB or Griff (fusebox)

I've checked the ohlins website www.ohlins.com and they only made one to go up to the 2004 Tuono..... the SD133 (as harris have suggested).

I am no bike mechanic, but they have Ohlins as standard on the 08 Factory Tuono, the part number from Aprilia dosnt resemble an Ohlins part number, it is probably made by someone else, even though it is an Ohlins damper, or sticker. :confused

I've done a bit of research for you matey, you want the SD175, it's the same one that fits an 04-09 RSVR :biggrin

Cant fault you mate, though Harris were sure the SD 133 was the one I needed, could you inform me where you got info from PJ, as this is very interesting.
