**** me i think i can answer this one :thumbup aftermarket indicators run a 23watt bulb and original Aprilia indicators are 10watt bulbs therefore the relay cant cope with the added wattage, so ya gotta find 10watt bulds or replace the relay for a higher rated one :thumbup im having the same problem and struggling to find 10watt bulbs :roll

Sounds a little harsh to me, but in that case put your hand under boiling water and sit in the cupboard!!!!!!

GAZ. did you get it sorted, and did it pass. you asked the question and haven't been back. there is a man here with a scolded hand sitting in a cupboard, being spat at by his wife, put us out of our misery, please.:dunno

He posted the same question on Rsvr.net and i answered it there Yesterday morning.

No it failed on something wrong with the lockstops. :dunno

sorry i've not been back on. I work shift and had a long 12 mile walk in last night and back this morning as my car is off the road at the min too.

Nah only joking I got a lift.
I managed to work the bulb problem out myself on the way to the mot station and replaced the rear bulbs for 5w ones to bring the load down on the circuit. They worked but as spoons correctly said the bike failed anyway on the lock stops.

The kill switch and the headlight flash both hit the tank on full lock. Its to do with the clip ons and will be easily fixed with larger lock stops.

Nice one though super T im impressed ;) don't go scalding yourself, its my fault not yours
