Identify Ohlins Forks

Defo 53mm diameter at the top clamp.

Looks like i'm in for big money then :-(

The top screw adjusters (rebound/compression) can never remember look like they have been taken to with a chisel !

i'm gonna go with & all most certain

There showa forks off a Falco

there not ohlins forks

Didn't you also have falco clip ons at one point?

I thought the clipons are from a Falco, but now not sure. They must be 53mm internal diameter to match the forks.

Yes adjusters for now , then springs later, assuming I wont be able to work out whats in there at the moment.

why not send them to K-Tech or Kais to get sorted (probably won't be much more and they will probably be able to tell you what springs are in there!? Do you want to replace the caps purley for aethstetic reasons or do they hamper performance?1 (and by performance I mean the ability to adjust them?).

deacs :thumbup

Send them to Richard at Maxton and have them serviced, they will come back set up for your weight, type of riding etc.

People with brand new straight from the showroom Ohlins equipped Duc's etc take their new pride and joy straight there to have the forks gutted and rebuilt with Maxton internals instead.

Once you've been Maxton'd you don't except any less in the future, ask most of the Irish & Manx Road racers and the majority of British club racers.

And no I don't work for them, just a very satisfied customer. :eatcorn
