Umm you cant as such, however if youve got baffles fitted that should go a long way to help.

If you rivet or stick a bsau type plate on you could be done for some offence or other (cant remember which exactly)

to be honest, the bike will pass an mot with the cans fitted as long as nothing is stamped on the cans. you've striped the marks off so you will be ok buddy! unless you get a knob copper!
