how to set ohlins rear shock ????

hi guys been playing with my set up tonight ,front shocks now set back to standard ready to play around with when its a nice day. rear ohlins shock what are the standard setting for that and whats the knobs for and which is which ? knob on the rear footpeg has a cable going to the shock ,and 1 on the top of the shock ,some nuts and **** underneath thingamy bobs lol any info would be cool guys ..:confused

I was going to write one of those big long posts explaining how it is done,you know one of those posts wi no full stops sentences and **** but your better off taking it to someone you know thats **** hot wi suspesion m8 cause if you listen to me one things for sure i can **** up perfectly good suspention(see said that word twice two different spellings)

If you look in your owners manual it will tell you , been messing with mine to get back to near standard settings and somebody certainly had messed around a bit . If your struggling I can let you no the settings for standard or race or even type in a search , theres a few post on here.
