How to feck your sprag up

Mine makes that ticking noise. I think it is a dodgy can chain tensioner. Im swapping valve shims next week because some of mine are on the lower spec value and one is tight. While Im in there I will swap the can chain tensioner for a good one. :)
 
mine is a little like that but not as bad. just put a loader can on and its gone away :)
 
Yep, that Mille looks like a pig to start and his battery and sprag won't last long.

Sounded to me like it wasn't firing on all cylinders correctly, that can cause the timing chain to slap around and make those kind of noises.
 
That's just nasty.....it actually makes me feel a bit sick realising what that noise means.....££££££££££!
 
That's the sound of some ***** Fkin up an Aprilia...that's all we need to know!
 
How easy it to check the tensioner on theses things? my gsxr was easy to check and change.

got a little rattle, not like his, might be worth checking before it cocks up :)
 
Take a look at 7 seconds......you'll notice a cold start lever that hasn't been used.....and he wonders why it won't start or tick over when it does start :doh

As soon as he thumbs the starter I had to turn it off...what an *****!
