I popped into Southern Cross to get CO's balanced, they said the bike has to be stone cold and then they need to get the 2 allen bolts off the exhaust pipes, 1 on the front pipe and 1 on the mid pipe near the rear shock, but the rear bolt on mine is seized, and I mean seized.

So they can't do it, unless I can get that bolt out,

Sure theres another way it can be done? I know its not recommended to do it through the end cans, but is there another way it can be done???

Bike is abit rough still and I have a trackday in a couple of weeks, please help!!!!!!

No other accurate way of doing it you will have to get the bolts out do it when the bikes cold plenty of wd40 to help it try abit of heat around the coller to swell it up but not on the bolt it's self or drill it out

what about after market exhausts with no down pip bolt holes, surely it can be done by putting an analiser down the end can or taken the end cans off???

Sorry V Senna, the rear downpipe I have is for a '98 to '03 bike.

Never gave it a thought that you were talking about the 04 on bikes ;-(
