Griif did actually offer to do the job if i took it to him and fair play to him, he even said to give him a bell for a chat about the issue im having which is proper good service in my mind. Trouble is i live a fair way from AP. Saying that it would have been cheaper for me to go and see him in the long run as these bell ends down this neck of the woods are trying my patients with their charges and bull *****

GRIFF you need to expand your business south ;)

Griff does Mobile workshops but you need to tie in with a few others to make it worth the trip.
 
Yes ive just spotted hes in lincon soon.
Anyway its now the 18th Feb 2011 and my bike went into Palmers Aprilia in hemel hempstead on the 7th Feb 2011 AND ITS STILL NOT DONE! The manager is a proper bullshi**er.
Please please please dont make the mistake i made by putting your bike in with these jokers Palmers of hemel !

How did you get on with the sprag clutch problem mate, I can see your last post was mid February, its now beginning of April, how did you get on - The only reason I ask is I think my sprag clutch has just let go, I'am getting some VERY nasty noises from the engine when I try and start it, its a bit like bad clicking and funny whirring from the starter motor to describe it loosely....
I too have recently replaced the battery for Yuasa's more powerful YTX14-BS and I've replaced the starter solenoid and all four sark plugs and I always keep it on the optimate charger but I think that its finally given up the ghost, FU@K.

....The only problem is I live in Chelmsford, Essex - Which according to Goggle maps, is 149 miles away, best part of 2 hours and 45 minutes depending on the M6, oh dear, not looking good for me then :bawling
 
Just to let you know Griff, this is where that horrible sound is coming from, when I try and start it.....
