Just pulling ya leg mate.
Not seen him post on here for a while & reading this made me chuckle as although a sensible post was short & sweet like pikemongs. Like the 'should I buy this' thread with nothing their, lol.

FTM & Kier both made their own, if you take a bit of time you can know one up with a pipercross filter and a sheet of aluminium.

I can easily make one, know people who work in powdercoatrs/ carbonfiber ect.. its the dimensions and all the other bits i have no idea...
If I get dimenstions I can make one in CAD and get it machiened..

It's not really that complex. The CF base can be copied in Aluminium easliy. All you need is a flat plate that fits between the standard inlet stacks and the cylinder head. the front section goes down under the intake through the headstock. If you can be bothered you can fit car door seal (scrap yard) around the outside to seal against the underside of the tank. It doesn't really matter. The filter sits over the top of the inlet stacks under the tank. I think Nob has photo's in his Fuono project thread, same thing.
