...Just picked up my RSV 2004 factory and took it for its first ride today, TOTALLY STUNNING!!!

I bought it december, but becasue of the snow and work commitments i haven't had a chance to pick it up and buying it was such a rush that I hadn't even been for a test ride (Stupid, i know) but I knew I'd like it.

On the M25 riding back with it i just thought 'thats a nice engine'...but as soon as you show it some corners WOW, that is the best handling bike I've ever ridden, what a beauty!!! i:doug:doug:doug

On any other bike I've ridden, a corner is something that is planned and executed, flippen eck! this thing just shooms round with what i can only describe as 'poise and grace'!!

If anyone one here is thinking about buying one...DO IT!!!

To be honest mate, i did the same with my 01 rsv. I bought it without trying it and just got a blast last sunday, but the tyres were square, today i got my new rubber and couldnt believe how poised it is round the corners. I cant wait till the sun comes out and i can get me leathers on and give it a good spanking.

My mate has just come round and he loves my mille,can`t belive what I paid for it he has a 7 grand triumph sprint but he wants my 2.5 grand mille.loves my bike ,too bad, its not what you spend,its what you spend it on.What a brilliant bike:best bike I`ve had so far.:::::::
 
beelzeebub me old antichrist ,dont shout too loud mate all the japs will want one lol ,,,,feckin ace aint she ,ive just come back in from a blast and i still wonder how aprilia do it ,kin mega had a 996 and amn 04 r1 before ...the mille pisses on em , miss the duke a bit tho but the r1 can sling it :thumbup

Got my 04 Factory after letting my brother in law try my MV. Give my RSV a try he says!!
Well that was it, within a mile I knew I had to have one.

i was going to get the MV, but it looked a bit more form over function, whereas the Mille looks like the only stuff put on there is so that you can go faster...

I bought the MV on looks alone, always wanted one since seeing the first pictures. Its a great bike but a little uncomfortable for someone my size and I have to say I prefer the character of a V Twin. The RSV just makes me grin from ear to ear :biggrin
