Just to say hello t everyone in the fórum. Sorry about my spelling i´ll try my best.

Got my Tuono 1000 r 2007 two weeks ago, before i had a Shiver, a Buell XB9 and a Buell XB12Ss and i live in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Here in South America is Winter and it´s really cold, this bike was without use for about 8 months, i bought it with only 3500 km.

I´m starting to getting to know her, sometimes when i reduce gears to stop and cluthing the bike stops. Anyone has any idea of what could be happening ?

Aparently is everything allright in the computer test ¿?

Here some pics

Welcome J.... nice looking bike you have there...
Sorry cant help with your question, hopefully someone on here can.
Assume the ecu was set to map 2 when the exhausts were fit ?

yes they told me that, i think these could be because of the long time without use, meanwhile i´m using it thinking that with km the issue can be solve.

Will see...

welcome Jose,
Does the engine tick over without stalling when you first start it in the morning ?

does it only stall when the engine is hot ?

does it stall every time you pull the clutch in to stop ?

does the clutch need adjusting ?

I am sure a few will be on here to advise soon, a bit more info about the problem may help.

Not sure if the long period without running will be the issue, in the UK, a lot of us take our bikes off the roads for the winter.

Welcome J, my bike did exactly the same when I fitted Aprilia Racing cored cans.

My bike was on map2 and I had Mivv Suono cans on prior to the Racing cans, when I changed back to the Mivvs the bike ran perfectly again.

Nice machine and pics. :thumbup

welcome to the forum J:thumbup nice looking bike mate and dont worry about the spelling as its better than some on here :lol
