Hello and welcome, You haven't wasted your money, you've got a late model gen 2 so you won't have the charging issues I had, and you have the upgraded starter solenoid so that's also good, you might have an issue with the clocks misting up, and the fuel pump may give you issues but that's a relatively easy fix

I have had my first decent long ride- very impressive bike - It is more comfortable than I expected, however, its very thirsty ! I almost ran out as I was in a rural area. 100 miles and you on reserve. The quality is obvious everywhere, in a non Honda way. I'm hooked
