Hiya,

Some of you will know me from the other popular Aprilia boards.

I dunno why its taken me so long to register here, but here I am!!.

I'll do a quick intro for those who dont know me.

Gaz, 36 years young. Live in Bonnybridge in Scotland with partner Lesley, we get married this July and I am already bricking myself....lol.

Work? : Been in the Fire & Rescue Service for 18 years. Currently a Crew Commander with Central Scotland Fire & Rescue, based at Alloa. Road Traffic Accident, USAR - Urban Search & Rescue and Rope Rescue specialist.

I also on my rota days run a reasonably successful web design and development business. Been tinkering with that sort of thing for years and finally went legit ( as far as the tax man is concerned ) last year.

I have a website here:-

www.gwlogic.co.uk

I've had my 2000 RSV for about 4 years now and it still puts a grin on my face every time I ride the thing.

Done a few mods, Blueflame stainless race can, Evo airkit, 16/44 Renthals and sadly I can't seem to stop buying *bling* for it, carbon, anodised crap etc...lol.

Was looking to trade it in this year for either an Edwards rep or a new shape Factory but unfortunately the expense of the wedding has kinda put paid to that.

Been active over at the Bikers Oracle and the AF1 forums for yonks but this is my first time here. Looks interesting. :thumbup

Anyhoo.....here's the latest pics of my beastie. Taken this very afternoon.

I'm off on annual leave just now so was working on a clients website but everytime I looked out the window, the good weather and the bike was tempting me so I thought "Sod it..." and just gave in - went out for a quick blat.

Hi Stu, hows it goin'?. :thumbup

Ello Ritch, yeah, recognise a few of the usual suspects here!!!

Milleboy, if you need any additional info on the Fire Service, let me know.

I can get examples of the sort of things that will be asked during the ability range tests etc.

If your area is anything like ours, it will be a "Joint Recruitment" type deal, where your local brigade collaborates with surrounding brigades to recruit jointly ( saves them all money at the end of the day ).

PM or email me if you need any info or advice.

Gaz. :biggrin
