Yup,my 'T' (black) is only few weeks old - and it 'plays misty' for me - bottom right hand corner and then some! It did piss down when I picked it up. Heard from others and this forum that it seems pretty common. Get it changed under warranty...............and get another playing 'fog on the Tyne'. Not been told it causes a problem - just looks crap! Hope so 'cos it'll be bloody expensive out of warranty!
Just got new Tuono, first ride out a couple of Sundays ago, clock misted up straight away, :thumbdown, could only see half of the speedo, :eek, rang the dealers I bought the bike from and they said they will drill the casing as apparantly this sometimes works, :dunno, if not they will replace the clocks.

Hi Mogster, you're dealer must be the only one in the world whose never heard of/come across misting clocks. Still my original '03 never misted but the '08 misted immediately. Fingers crossed for the replacements. :thumbup[/COLOR]

my clocks only mist when i wash her with loads o' water,and my rad covers dont make her overheat(or run hot)even in the south of france on hol last year(got BEOWOLF rad covers(guards)fitted
Getting a third set of clocks fitted in April as the first two sets misted up, fingers crossed the new set don't. Got R+G rad guards on mine and its never overheated in 7000mls.

I use my tuono almost everyday, and have discovered that it tends to appear when a "hot" bike is resting a couple of hours in the cool evenings... or of course on rainy days "and mondays" heheh

My very kind engineer friend is making me a set of polished stainless rad guards as we speak with radius edges etc on em so will post pics when they arrive...bling!!!!!...

On the subject of misty clocks, my Aprilia dealer told me this morning - Wednesday - that at long last the Ape Factory recognise they have a problem and are sanctioning the warranty immediately the dealer reports a problem.
