Help with rear sag

Hi im trying to set my rear sag im 13 half stone with gear on. im getting around 40mm of sag at min how do i reduce sag to between 30 35mm. iv tried tighting the rear spring and dosent seem to do anything apart from make bike bit higher can anyone post there setting for rear shock for fast road cheers

40mm is way to much on the rear. 30 would be better.

You need to keep adding preload, it will reduce the sag pretty slowly so you will need quite a bit more preload to lose 5-10mm. If you can't adjust it out you need a spring change but the stock spring should handle 13 stone ok.
 
I'm not big on suspension setup on my previous bike there was hard and soft, it made a huge difference when I had lots of luggage on the rear on hard, I forgot to change it when the luggage was off and omg is was crazy ****, I've bought the bike the way it is setup and it feels ok but would appreciate some advice on how to maybe make it feel any better it's a standard spring on the Mille

iv gettin the rear sag down to 35 on rear just tightend rear spring. bike is much better cheers
