Help - Need this part

Hi all, I need this part that screws into the exhaust as I have put my standard system on. Any help much appreciated.

Give Griff a shout,well Zoe anyway Griffs in at Estoril this weekend ,visiting the inlaws he calls it!!He keeps them or Ive got a couple in my spare exhaust
