I love my '09 Factory which i got a sweet leftover deal on. It ran great, then the starter solenoid went after a few thousand miles. I replaced it with a $10 Yamaha one off Amazon, spooned on some Q3's and life was good until I took a weekend blast for a buddy's 50th b day. We pulled into a gas station in Virginia, fueled up, started the bikes to move away from the pumps to check the map. When we went to set off again, my Tuono ran like crap, I got the red triangle, and the diagnostic (run with bike running) put up the code for "ignition no.2 rear." I "U Hauled her home, bought a cheap used coil on eBay, same code. I bought the new Mercedes coil, threw that in last night, same code.
Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated.
