Isle of Lewis, Scotland
Hi everyone,

Just like to introduce myself as the latest recruit. My name's Del, live on the Isle of Lewis, Scotland, where good biking weather is hard to find.

I have a 2004 Tuono Fighter, and will put up some pics once I suss it out. Bike's looking good (in my opinion anyway) - just replaced all panels with Carbon and fitted rizomo fluid pots etc. Bike has a PC III and has been dyno'd with 120 at the rear wheel - a 12 bhp improvement from when I went in at first. Money well spent.

Looking forward to seeing what is on the site and maybe picking up some hints and tips.

Cheers

Del

now now lads don't get any ideas about a breakaway Scottish independent tuono zone :lol

hi folks - nice to hear that there's plenty Tuono's about up North of the wall. Probably due to the location here, but think mine is the only Tuono on the Island, certainly never seen any other ones here.

Welcome aboard...

You obviously blinked and missed me when i visited your neck of the woods back in september...

:)

Yep missed you last year Felix, might have been away working tho. Hope you enjoyed the tour up this way. Some great roads on the way up and down but not so many here unfortunately.
Cheers Brooksy, some nice bikes in the posts on here, well smart.

Hi there Del,
welcome, where do you get any work done on the bike dyno etc, guess you've totravel a wee bit?

Got the bike dynoed at HMD in Cromarty. Great set up and they also own/run a brewery next door - talk about a perfect set up for a business, bikes and beer :) Great run on the bike too, Ullapool to the Black Isle is great, as long as the weather is good.
The garage I use locally is owned by a lad who was/is a big Mille fan so he knows the Tuono pretty well too. Actually bought the bike in Aberdeen ole jocky, private sale but all servicing done by Shirlaws.
