Hello all, my name is Glen and this is my first V twin an 99 RSV Mille. I also own a YZF R1 but always wanted a big V twin...now I have it, so am hoping to learn from you guys. My God this V twin pulls like a train...later.

Badapple...I lived in Kings Lynn and Hunstanton for a while as a kid. Now for questions...the only thing I can see as non standard on this bike is the exhaust, on the link pipe it says FOR RACE USE ONLY and it is loud. I have been banned from starting it down the side of the house, I have read all about dual systems on this forum and followed up all links but none are available...would any one know?, and are there any modification from standard you guys think I should do.

Ok you need
Different EPROM...Gabro,forza aprilia etc
Modded collector..this mimics a dual system for a lot less cash unless your heart is set on a dual system
Airbox mod...evo or renegade type
Then change the gearing to 16-44
Post a pic up...what sort of can is it

Bloody hell small world. Bet the coast road you live near now is a lot less bumpy and far less Volvo driving caravans to contend with I know where I'd rather be although on the right day and the right road sunny Norfolk is a good biking county.
Hey the grass is always greener on the other side...yer right. I live in Sydney...roads are...begins with S, and when you buy bike ,car or house you have pay stamp duty. So you buy it then you pay the government for the privilege and my English licence is valid till 2037...not in Australia every year you pay unless you take the 5 year option...then you renew in 5 years and pay again.
I like the Renegade but can not buy...3 days trolling the net with no luck. I take notice with the 16/44 and chip and air box. I have to do multiple search for parts redratbike. When I work out how to upload pictures I will.

Lol...been raining every day for weeks ;-D, yer I like the colour and prefer black wheels not a fan of red. I give up on the twin exhaust but have started ordering parts like 16/44 sprockets and air box mod and LED indicators and taillight "eprom", now with the eprom can anybody suggest a good one?, there are so many. I have a single custom under seat system that I brought from home(England) for my YZF R1 that has twin outlets...looks cool, gonna take it to an exhaust shop and get it modded to fit Mille?.
