headlight problem

hi lads, looking for a lil help please.

washed the T and notice blue ring in headlight had come loose from bulb area.

took out bulb but looks like i need to take apart headlight completly?? anyone had this prob? how to fix??

pic's below are the best i can get!! exploded view don't show but im wondering does headlight come apart so i can fix this.

Bit of wire mate to hook it.

Only trouble is that the blue ring is bigger than the hole for the bulb.So you need to hook the ring,then cut it with some small side cutters through the bulb hole.
The only way of doing it,without destroying anything,is to separate the glass from the reflector.Take the headlight off the bike and get it hot with a good heatgun to melt the glue.You should then be able to prise the glass off.

it's only cosmetic. did i spell that wrong?? don't care just in 4om pub...

hook it out, fling it over the shoulder and 4get about it :thumbup:thumbup
