Has anyone tried one of these air kits?

Are they any good, and will my bike need remapping if I fit one?

I have done a search and found a bit. Does the bike need a remapping and a power commander if I make the EVO mod though?

got the renegade fitted to mine last week (see thread entitled RSV Transformed) as opposed to the evo unit.

dont know for sure because i did it all in one go, but was lead to believe that race pipes make the bike run rich, then the air box makes them run lean. power commander resolves this, but custom map and dyno best to ensure you get the best for your buck. have heard tales of power commanders with down loaded maps having falt spots and stuff????

You can fit the Renegade or Evo airkits without having to remap though for best results a PCIII and custom map is the way to go :thumbup
