Just a quick one.

Are the Falco handlebars different from the RSV bars? Only I could do with an smidge more height, what with being short and fat.

Mine's got a Heli Bar conversion, about as comfy (and as well made) as you can get without risers, ie fightering the thing. That's basically your choice......The Falco clip ons are marginally higher than standard RSVs.

One thing I have noticed with the Falco is that oversize tourer screens (high double bubble) really **** up the handling at speed. I think there's a point where the frontal area on any bike simply gets too big and becomes a sail. Point being that if I went down the fighter route I'd use a minimal screen and cut back the OE front fairing. The Helis are really comfortable if you want to retain clip ons, but the standard screen is the best bet with Helis or OE clip ons.

i use woodcraft clipons

fitted the mounts reverse on each leg and raises up over stock clip ons

i find it more comfortable than standard clip ons

Does that mean you've put them on upside down? Does that effect the angle of your wrists?

in a way yeah
the right fork clamp is on the left vice/ versa
It brings wrists to better position

If u have a looky on af1, theres a good thread on there somewhere about doing it
