Okay gents, I know it`s been quiet over the last few days, but myself, Oli and Rhodeseeker have been beavering away to get this thing finished.

Anyway, it`s now approved by Griff, and this is how it will look printed. Please bear in mind that the screen never shows it properly, as I`m sure you`re aware, and it`ll be nice to see some properly in print once Oli has done them !

Here we go............

Okay, the design below is what we worked from in the end. By way of explanation, as you can see, no 6 was the most popular, but after liasing with Oli, I needed to make some changes. The website address and phone no were made bigger, and I decided to lose the carbon-weave that was overlain on the lion`s head, as Oli said it would be indescernible once in print. I did try an overlain chequered pattern instead, but it just didn`t look right, so I re-jigged the banner at the bottom to incorporate the chequered theme, as requested by Griff.

We were almost there then, but on finally running it by Oli, he found that the website address in red didn`t look too good in print, so we changed it to white, and job finished.

Hope you enjoy sticking it somewhere............................preferably on your bikes LOL !!!! :thumbup

..........and not-least to yourself Steve, for getting this all off the ground in the first place. Well done mate. :thumbup

Looks great can't wait to stick it on the bike. :thumbup

With a bit of luck it'll drive more Aprilia owners to Griffs business so they too can benefit from his expert touch.

Well done guys for achieving this, I know it has taken up a lot of your time. :biggrin

Looks fantastic guys, thanks for all your hard work in organising this. Can't wait to stick one on my bike!

Well done fellas, :thumbup Nice job.

Second what you say about more people using Griff's services, hopefully as soon as I manage to get a job I can join the potential throng heading for Tamworth.

Support the people who support you I say.

I know I'm probably going to get a barrage of abuse about this or maybe I'm just missing the point. But this thread and the seemingly multitude of other threads about this topic are talking about a sticker right? Just one frigging sticker?

It's a nice gesture and Griffs a nice guy, but FFSake lets get some perspective on this. I get the impression that some of you really have too much time on your hands and need to get out and ride a bit more and stop trying to blow smoke up his arse.:rant

I look forward to your constructive replies:thumbuplol

Having met Griff I very much doubt he would like someone to blow smoke up his arse. :biggrin

However, what some people get up to behind closed doors is unbelievable.

No abuse from me mate, just sitting here chillin with a beer and gonna move on to a fine cognac later, while away the evening browsing the forum until the wee hours. :thumbup
