Hi all, just joined and wanted to say hi. Just swapped gsxr 750's for a Bmw K1300s (road bike) and an Rsv4 (track), currently got the Aprilia insured whilst I run it in, then after 1st service track bodywork will be going on and first td on this bike will be at Snetterton at the end of the month.
Hopefully meet some of you at a track somewhere soon.

I'm in Leicestershire, tracks we go to are Cadwell, Oulton, Donington, Silverstone, Snetterton, occasionally Anglesey, used to do Croft, but too much hasstle with noise regs. Also been to Jerez a couple of times.

Anyone know what an Rsv4 with an Akra slip on makes on a static noise test?

Mine makes 99dbs without the baffle out, so they're really quiet. We're doing Silverstone on the 15th Aug with fe and Donny on the 16th Aug also with fe if you're about.

99 dB, that's really good, I did think it sounded pretty quiet without the baffle, but I'm impressed it's that quiet, I may even be able to do Donno quiet days again, with the baffle in.
I've only got one date booked at the moment, Snetterton on 27th June with fe, we've got a trip to Spain coming up (wsb) and I shall be booking some more dates.

What bikes are you and your mate riding Kingfixer?

I have a 10 plate RSV4 factory, my mate is on a 675 daytona... 3 of us are doing our annual Spain trip this year and we are taking in WSB as well, we are staying in Zaragoza !! then another 10 days afterwards for some hooning around !!

Nice, we're having an 8 day trip, some of us riding through France and some catching the Ferry. We're staying south of Zaragoza can't remember exactly where (can you tell my missus does the planning).

Good to meet you too, great day at Aragon if a little hot!!, we ended up in the Algarve in the end then came back through Porto & Santiago de compostela. Great trip roll on next year, glad you had a hoot too !!
