Yes, been out testing the new cans.

They sound awesome, going from a crackle at low revs to a roar at about 5000 rpm, ending in a noise not unlike those ducatis from moto GP.

In my opinion anyway.

Coming off roundabouts, shortshifting round the outside of slow moving traffic, blipping the throttle on down shifts has never been so good.

Can you guessd I like them.

Went out yesterday, another cracking day. Gotta make the most of it as winter will soon be here!
Wot cans you running Olaf? Got Mivv's on mine and love the way the traffic hear you coming and move over, deffinate benefit to safety!:thumbup

Good morning Cad,
They are GPE Grand Prix Evolutions.

At the moment they still have inlet & exit decibel killers in & they sound really nice, without being too anti-social.

I agree, cars do seem to move over, I can only assume they are bikers wanting to get an earfull as I pass them.

Ain't been out for a while, got the builders in so bike holed up.
Just watch it'll piss down when they are done.

gotta agree boys, mines on leo vince sbk's without the baffles and running a full race airbox and the noise combined with the addictive induction roar on full chat is quite simply...............****** awesome !!

Woke up this morning in sunny Welsh Wales, Sun shining thought, "Today I'm going to check out The Rocket Centre in Blackburn & maybe call in at J&S's in Northwich to look at some Sidi & Alpine Stars boots."

So about a 250mile round trip.

Got pissed on as soon as I left Wales. decided to go to Northwich first as bt the time I'd reached Chester my gloves were wet through & fingers were cold.
After experiencing extremely poor customer service I left & headed up the M6 to Blackburn. Going over the Moors the wind was howling even with my 19stone as ballast I was being blown from one carriage way to the next. By the time I reached the Rocket centre I was totally cold, wet & cheesed off. One friendly chat with the guy in the spares department & a cup of coffee my composure was restored. had a mossey about the place . Bought some dry waterproof gloves & Decided to head for home. Bumped into Carl Foggarty on the way out.

Got blown from pillar to post & pissed on all the way back to Wrexham when the sun came out again. New gloved worked a treat.

So who say's it always rains in Wales.

I had a nuther grate day out this sunday gone , even beter scrubbing in a new set of Rosso 11's , much beter for the road Me thinks than the Rosso coursa's I had on , I hope they larst a bit long than th track based coursa's .
nuthing like a new set of rubber on to help you along on a good ride .

Grin,
when your bike finally emerges it will be like finding Tutenkarmen all over again.

Has it been mummyfied ?

Might as well have been Olaf. Got it back in my garage yesterday, but its still a bit damp, so not too happy. Put the battery on charge last night and both green lights are on, so fingers crossed she'll fire up ok.

Would be nice to get the little fella munched on with a busty blonde & a nice pint of beer at the end of the day to finish the fantasy off.
