Good & Bad

Hi lads just thought i would put a quick note on here to let you know of my evening.
Good.
Ride into work tonight, couple of small loftted front wheels exiting roundabouts and hump back bridge, not too impressive for some of you lads but i am not wheelier. not brave in that dept. Also touched the right knee down for the first time on the RSVR,:doug. Now that had been miffing me, i never use to have a problem on the ZX7R or 9R, front end feels nice and stable, but any how managed tonight. so all in all a blinding little ride in to work. big grin:thumbup

Bad.
Was looking at a set of wind deflecters for my 07 on ebay. been watching them all day no one bidding. £0.99p all day. set myself up for a snipe setion after someone bid with 40mins to go. only to find that as i tried to put my bid in with only 20sec to go someone had turned the num lock off on the works computer. missed the end of the auction by 2 secs. how gutted am i.:jack

only one thing for it, long way home in the morning warm the tyres up and then have some more knee down action. unless its damp. in which case no play time, don't want any more bad luck.

Bet them wind deflectors were ***** anyway.........well thats what i tell myself when i dont win an item on ebay :biggrin

Still not got either knee down yet, dont have confidence in corners after i last tried and when i got half way in the corner it was covered with grain from an over filled tractor and trailer. Like riding on marbles :cry

Think i will have to save it tilli get a race day in.
