God bless bar ends....

Imagine the scene, you feel like a bear with a sore head after god knows how many refreshing beverages the night before and then have to wheel your beloved **** out of a very narrow garden (she was put there to escape the attention of the local Chav Patrol....)

Had to stand on right side of bike and then felt her fall away from my grasp..........cue Darth Vader style 'Nooooooooooooooooooo' moment.mgmg

Mercifully casualty seems to be 1 clutch lever and paint scraped off of bar end. Praise the lord etc. Hang on, why did I have to put it there in the first place.....F*&^&&&g thieving scally f***heads.:mad1

Does anyone know whether clutch levers are interchangeable between factory and standard models of my vintage? Mines a gunmetal (ok grey) 04 plate Factory with the Colin/Nori stickers but not the older rounded design, looks more current. I've seen them selling anything between £20 and £60, any recommendations?

Its fun riding without half the clutch lever but not recommended. I'm noticing a little more creep and the sacred neutral is harder to find so might get workshop to take a look.

And while I'm on, anyone found any decent replacement bar ends? For all I know those lovely at the moment vibes could increase 1000fold if I replace the stock ones.
