Had my first propper ride out just for fun and in nice weather on my new Tuoldo today.
Found it soooo much nicer to be on than the old RSVR I had ! much easier to tootle along with traffic at normal speeds. Still great for having a blast when the road opens up though. But above all no pain in the wrist ruining my day :thumbup.
Its taking some getting used to being sat-up, but I'm happy throwing it from side to side already. It handles very nicely. Not as smooth over the bumps as the RSV was but a bit of a suzzy set up might cure that.
The biggest thing to get used to is being flung back along the seat when you open it up :wow. The RSV kept you in tight to the bike so I'm not used to having so much room to move about. One minute I'm right forward shaggin the tank goin round a bend, then my arse is slammed back to the pillion seat on the straights !
Gonna take me a few miles to sort out getting comfy with it all I reckon. Shud be a lot of fun.
